These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the website www.ecume-arcachon.com.

The website is accessible via HTTPS and ensures the security of transmitted data.

Any order implies the customer’s full, complete, and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS

The products offered are those displayed on the website at the time of consultation.

Descriptions and visuals are presented with the utmost care; however, minor variations may exist without affecting product conformity.

3. PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).

Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier’s rates, based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Delivery is free within mainland France for orders over €70.

Écume d’Arcachon reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

4. ORDER

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the specific sales conditions before confirming the order.

An order becomes final once payment has been confirmed.

Écume d’Arcachon reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or payment incident.

5. PAYMENT

Accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card via the secure Crédit Agricole platform
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Bank cheque sent to the registered office address

Online payments are secure and certified.

Orders are processed only after effective confirmation of payment.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipments are made via La Poste – Colissimo with tracking, with or without signature. They may also be sent via Mondial Relay.

The average preparation time is between 3 and 6 business days.

Total shipping time may reach a maximum of 10 to 15 days after order validation.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Écume d’Arcachon’s responsibility ceases once the items are handed over to the carrier.

In the event of loss or damage observed upon delivery, the customer is invited to make reservations with the carrier and contact customer service as soon as possible.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.

The request must be sent to customer service prior to any return.

Products must be returned:

  • Complete
  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Incomplete, damaged, or used items will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and verification of the returned products.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. LEGAL WARRANTIES

Products benefit from:

  • The legal guarantee of conformity
  • The warranty against hidden defects

Any request must be addressed to customer service.

9. LIABILITY

Écume d’Arcachon shall not be held liable for:

  • Improper use of the products
  • Allergic reactions resulting from failure to check product compositions beforehand
  • Force majeure events

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility with any personal sensitivities.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creations, visuals, texts, trademarks, and distinctive elements of the House of Écume d’Arcachon are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

11. CONSUMER MEDIATION

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute not resolved with customer service, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.
