DELIVERY & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Delivery is free within mainland France for orders over €70.

Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Shipments are handled via:

  • Colissimo (France and international, excluding the United States)
  • Chronopost (France)
  • Mondial Relay (France and selected European destinations)

A shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number, is sent to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

All parcels are carefully protected to ensure the integrity of the products.

DELIVERY TIMES

The indicated delivery times are estimates and expressed in business days.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, delivery will take place within a maximum period of 30 days from the order date, unless otherwise specified.

In the event of a significant delay, the customer may contact customer service to agree on an appropriate solution.

LIABILITY

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer at the moment when the customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the products.

In the event of a damaged or incomplete parcel, the customer is invited to make reservations with the carrier and to contact customer service as soon as possible.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Shipping costs are not refunded in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier.

However, if delivery does not occur within the legal timeframe, the customer may request cancellation of the order in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

RETURN TO SENDER

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may be charged.

No additional fees will be applied if the return results from an error attributable to the carrier or to Écume d’Arcachon.
